I know that’s probably not what you wanted to hear, but because this was a mastermind-type discussion, there is no one “key takeaway” that I think everyone should have. Just a LOT of insights because we spent time helping each other figure out how to grow our businesses.
We talked a lot about growth and getting past key constraints. The key thing I took away was that we need to lean into the uncomfortable things if we want to grow. We need to be willing to outsource some work or share the fees rather than lose a customer. In general, if we find the discomfort and push through it, we will find growth in our business.
